Join “Sonic & Somatic” for an evening intended to nurture and soothe.

The session combines a gentle stretching and restorative yoga session from Stacy with the beautiful, healing tones of intuitive reflexologist, coach and sound facilitator Amon Sherriff, culminating in an extended, highly soothing multi-instrument sound bath.
