Virtual Be.

This unique session features a 15-minute silent meditation sit as a central element, accentuated with other nurturing yoga modalities. We begin with gentle seated stretches and breathwork to set the table for our silence. We then move into meditation, and end class with a gentle restorative shape and savasana. We invite you to join us for centering, stillness, and the beauty of silence.
