Breathe, Roll, and Stretch

This session combines breathwork and yin yoga with the unique benefits of myofascial therapy balls. We start by breathing on a therapy ball, which engages the parasympathetic realm to support a state of balance and rest. We’ll then move to rolling on the balls to relieve aches and pains and increase mobility and energy. Class wraps up with long-hold yin postures and a restorative savasana.
