An Introduction to Sattva Kriya Yoga

“Begin and end with stillness.”

That’s one of the foundational philosophies of Sattva Kriya Yoga, a practice that uses a combination of breathwork and meditative movement in specific ways to bring mind, body, and spirit into an eternally balanced state.

Andrew DeVries, RYT-500, leads this afternoon immersion; he’ll offer a brief introduction to this form of yoga, a bit of philosophy and context, and then guide participants through a practice so that you can embody Sattva Kriya, because to experience the practice is to understand it best.
